Refund and Return Policy   

At Biokemia, we prioritize your health and safety by ensuring that all our vitamin supplements and syrups meet strict quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used vitamin tablets and syrups cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective item
The wrong product

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

📌 Requirements:

Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Provide your order number.

After verification, we will offer:

Free replacement, or
Full refund

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used supplements
Unsealed vitamin bottles or syrups
Products without original packaging
Items reported after the allowed time frame

5. Refund Policy

Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa).
For online payments:
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect products.
Subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
